Refund Policy
General refund or exchange is not offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging and sent back to Chef EG within 5 days from date of receive.
In the event of any cancellation made pursuant to Section 7 of our Terms of Service is the refund of the amount paid by you in respect of any cancelled Transaction. Nothing in this policy shall entitle you to further or additional compensation, and you shall have no right to insist on completion of the transaction and/or delivery of the products under the order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, promotional or items on sale cannot be refunded.
ITEMS IN CART
Item(s) in your Cart is not considered as booked or confirmed as these items can be removed or added to your preference. Note: Item(s) in the Cart may be out of stock within the time frame that the item is in the Cart. In the case where your item(s) in the Cart has run out of stock, you will see the item is "unavailable".
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@chefeg.com.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
